THE GROUND IS SHIFTING
The ground is shifting right beneath our feet.
The world around us is changing rapidly.
Technology, artificial intelligence, shifting careers and changing expectations are reshaping how we live, work and prepare for the future.
For us, The Ground is Shifting is a reminder that change does not have to be something we fear. It can become an opportunity to learn, adapt, discover new possibilities and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
This programme is facilitated by Nancy Salamba, a Certified Leadership Coach with over 30 years of leadership, strategy, communications and organisational development experience across Africa.
The Ground is Shifting is a programme of GrowthMindSet Global, powered by Two Fish Consulting Limited.
What Next?
We are developing additional programmes for teenagers, young adults and adults that help people better understand themselves, navigate change and prepare for a rapidly evolving world.
