Due to the nature of digital products, intellectual property, advisory support, facilitated sessions, and scheduled professional time, refunds are not provided once:

access has been granted
materials have been downloaded
services have commenced
participation has been confirmed or
sessions have been scheduled and delivered.

Refund requests may be reviewed in cases involving duplicate payments, incorrect charges, verified technical access issues, or inability to deliver a service as agreed.
